On Wednesday 2 December 2020 (14:00 CET) the Gaming in Holland Webinar: “Creating a compliant infrastructure: Tech requirements for remote gaming in the Netherlands” will take place. In this webinar the draft Online Gambling Assessment Scheme as published by the Netherlands Gambling Authority (“NGA”) will be discussed. The focus will be on the testing, inspection and certification requirements for applicants of a remote gambling licence. The new provisions will be discussed from a technical and legal point of view.
